By accessing and using my website and online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use my services.

2. Product Information

I make every effort to accurately display the images and descriptions of my fine art products. However, I do not guarantee that the colors, details, or other content are identical to your specific viewing device.  Things may look slightly different in real life.

3. Ordering and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my sole discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. I accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are provided during the checkout process. I am not responsible for any delays or damages during transit. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of fine art, all sales made in the online art store are considered final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. All content on my website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jill Nienhuis and is protected by international copyright laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Michigan law. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Continued use of my services after any changes constitute acceptance of those changes.
